VC backed mobile application developer has launched a free app for iPhone/iPad called Friends Around Me. It’s the new, open profile social network that will change the way people connect with friends and meet new ones. The ability to see who visits your profile means the end of stalking, and the group chat feature means you’re always connected to your friends at anytime.
Other features include photo rating, search based on points and popularity, sharing your status with Facebook and Twitter.
