Zooomr is a next generation universal photo sharing site. Originally, the site started in late 2005 by Kristopher Tate as a place for him to share photos with his friends in Japan. Zooomr is a next generation universal photo sharing site. Originally, the site started in late 2005 by Kristopher Tate as a place for him to share photos with his friends in Japan. Since most other photo sites were only in English, Kristopher decided to build a site that could be viewed in both English and Japanese.
