I did not receive the confirmation email, what should I do?

If you have not received our confirmation after a couple of minutes, please first check your spam folder to see if your spam filter blocked our email. If you do not find our email there either, you can report your issue by sending an email to help@tradevibes.com.

Sometimes (especially for hotmail) the email will not even show up in your spam folder. Please add signup@tradevibes.com and service@tradevibes.com to your contacts list and the email should get through.

that's a good tip. I have hotmail and I had to first add signup@tradevibes.com and service@tradevibes.com to my address book and then request the confirmation again beore receiving it.
