Allan Chan
Allan was the system architect at WorldRes, one of the first online hotel sites that connects independent hotels and inns with travelers. With a network of 35,000 hotels and more than 2,000 web distribution partners, the company is one of the leading online hotel reservation sites. Previously, he spent a number of years with a company building a gas pipeline capacity trading system in Calgary, Canada. Allan grew up in various countries in Asia and has is BS in Computer Science and Finance from the University of Calgary. He enjoys long road trips, as long as they’re not commuting for work.
