Ann Mather joined Glu's board of directors as board member and audit committee chair in October 2005. Mather currently sits on the board of directors of Google Inc. and on the board of Central European Media Enterprises group. From May 2004 until its acquisition by eBay in 2005, Mather served as a director Shopping.com. From 1999 to 2004, she was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Pixar where she was responsible for finance, administration, business affairs, investor relations and HR. Prior to joining Pixar, Mather was executive vice president and chief financial officer at Village Roadshow Pictures, and she held various executive positions at the Walt Disney Company in Los Angeles from 1993 to 1999, including senior vice president of finance and administration for its Buena Vista International Theatrical Division. Mather also held various executive positions in Europe, including a position with Disney in Paris where she helped start the international theatrical distribution arm in ten European countries, as well as positions with Alico (a division of AIG) and Paramount Pictures. Mather holds an MA from Cambridge University in England.
