Mr. Wells has served as a Senior Executive/Manager/Engineer with more than 20 years experience in the grain processing industry. Mr. Wells experience cuts across all aspects of Plant Operations, Plant Engineering, multi-site Supply Chain Management, Engineering Consulting and Business & Strategy Development. Previous work experience includes: 10 years with Cargill Corn Milling in Facility Management, Supply Chain Management and Business and Strategy Development; Sr. Process and Project Engineering with Roquette America; Sr. Process Design Engineering with Simons-Eastern Consulting Engineers; Operations Management with American Maize. Mr. Wells is a graduate of Iowa State University and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
