Bjarne Jensen
Mr. Jensen is the founder and CEO of F/X Communications (www.fx.dk), a privately-held company specializing in the development of IP-based networking software. His company is recognized as a global leader in IPSec VPN technology. F/X's Deep Packet Inspection Firewall, with support for both Windows and Linux, is second to none in the industry.
Prior to starting F/X Communications, Jensen spent six years at the Danish company DigiQuant (later Intec), where he played a key-role in the development of a distributed network access platform deployed by many of Europe's largest ISPs and telecommunication companies. Boosted by a US$ 80 million venture-capital investment in 1996, DigiQuant transformed into a global market leader in centralized billing solutions.
In 1996, Jensen founded F/X Communications, whose first product was a secure Internet dial-up program deployed in millions of ATM machines and adopted by many enterprise customers. From this success, Jensen and his team expanded into the IT security sector, with focus on VPN and Firewall solutions.
