As President of Causecast,
Brian Sirgutz brings with him an extensive background encompassing the worlds of entertainment, technology and cause-related marketing. In his leadership role with the company, Brian wears multiple hats: strategist, business developer, emissary, ideator, and confidante – all the while using his wealth of experience for the greater good and effectiveness of the organization. With Brian's guidance and vision, Causecast is positioned to become a powerful mechanism for social good.
Prior to his arrival, Brian was a strategic adviser to multiple companies, non profits and entertainment companies; such as Textango, a patent pending mobile patent pending mobile billing and content delivery platform, Untitled Entertainment, Zingy, Film 44, Atlantic Records and the Alzheimers Association. Brian began to apply his unique knowledge of technology, marketing and entertainment to the world on not for profits when he worked as a Director for the Aaliyah Memorial Fund. From 2004-2007, Brian also served as a manager the estate of the late multi-platinum recording artist Aaliyah and her family. Brian led multiple high volume fund raising initiatives for the Aaliyah Memorial Fund, a non-profit organization, whose goal was to support breast cancer, Alzheimer's and AIDS research and relief.
In 2004, prior to his foray into personal management and advising, Brian was a partner with the founder of Napster Shawn Fanning (Napster) and producer Michael Beinhorn (Korn, Red Hot Chili Peppers) in forming NoN Records, one of the first labels to start the "360-degree model" for artists. From 2000-2004, Brian was President of Elementree Records, a label owned by Korn and the entertainment company, The Firm.

Brian graduated Cum Laude and holds a B.A. from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study of New York University – Concentration: The Definition of the Self in post industrial, technologically progressive societies.
