Bruce Fram
Bruce Fram is an Executive in Residence at MDV Bruce. He focuses on investments in software as a service, as well as software and systems for both enterprise and consumer applications. Prior to MDV, Bruce was the founder and CEO of Luminate Software, a provider of application management products and a pioneer in delivering software as a service. Luminate was sold to EMC in 2001. In 2004, he led the $275M private equity buyout of Network General Corporation from McAfee and served as its CEO. Bruce serves on the Board of Directors of Mantara, Inc. He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a BS in Management from Syracuse University.
