Charlie is responsible for sales and customer success in the Americas. He has over 17 years experience in building high-performance field teams in solution-oriented software companies. Prior to Backbase, Charlie was market vice president of strategic accounts for Hyperion Solutions where he created high growth regions focused on financial services and federal government customers, as well as account teams focused on creating business performance management solutions for leading companies in life science, healthcare, retail, computer, and automotive sectors. Prior to that, he was vice president, Americas at MKS software where his team delivered sales growth in excess of 50% in the competitive application lifecycle management market. Earlier in his career, he held field leadership and sales positions at Rational Software. He has a BS in Business Administration for Bowling Green State University and an MBA from University of Colorado.
