Chloe ChanMs. Chan's 15 years of experience has centered on helping early stage technology companies build and scale the financial reporting and accounting systems essential for fast growing businesses.Her expertise lays in building and driving companies from the seed stage through the initial public offering phase.Most recently, Ms. Chan was the VP of Finance at Alteon WebSystems where she directed all fund raising activities, financial modeling, accounting and various other financial activities.Ms. Chan played a direct role the Alteon's IPO and ultimate acquisition by Nortel Networks for $7.8 billion.Prior to Alteon, Ms. Chan held various financial management positions at companies including Auspex Systems and Adaptec.She received her B.S. degrees in Accounting and Business Management from San Jose State University.She's a fanatic for jewelry and diamonds.
