Craig Macy
Craig Macy is co-founder of Universant and has served as its chief executive officer since the company’s inception in 2006. Mr. Macy has more than 12 years in the enterprise software industry. He was founder and CEO of Syncronus Corporation, an independent software firm providing management consulting services and business solutions to its clients.
Prior to Syncronus, Mr. Macy spent 9 years at Agile Software, a product lifecycle management enterprise software company in San Jose, CA, where he was Vice President of Products and Customer Care in the SME Solutions Division, and Vice President of Quality and Engineering Services.
Mr. Macy serves on various academic boards, including the National Advisory Council for Wichita State University, where he has established the Craig Macy Endowed Scholarship in Philosophy, and on the University of Nevada, Reno College of Engineering Advisory Board. Mr. Macy is also an active advisor and angel investor to a number of startup ventures.
Mr. Macy graduated summa cum laude from Wichita State University with a B.A. in Analytic Philosophy, and received a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School, specializing in Law and Artificial Intelligence.
