Dana Ghavami
Mr. Ghavami founded CheckM8 in 2000 and serves as the Company's CEO. He has fulfilled various capacities over the past seven years, in the areas of technology, marketing, and sales; in addition to being a member of the Board. His responsibilities have included registering intellectual property, assessing market demand for product development, managing marketing and corporate communications, developing sales strategies and strategic partnerships, establishing North American and global operations and managing investor relations.
Prior to forming CheckM8, Mr. Ghavami was involved in web development projects for various companies and universities establishing an online presence in the areas of content distribution and commercial promotion, including Action Entertainment and Rutgers University.
Mr. Ghavami holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Computer Science from Rutgers University. He is certified in a range of continuing education degrees in web technologies from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dana is also a Laureate of the Computerworld Honors Program, a distinguished Information Technology vision and leadership award chaired by global IT leaders, including Bill Gates of Microsoft, Richard Parsons of Time Warner, and Jerry Yang of Yahoo!
