David Rowe

President David Rowe brings extensive leadership and execution-oriented management skills, having served as Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army. As a career military officer, Rowe has been responsible for large-scale Special Operations projects globally, managing teams numbering in the thousands while coordinating operations, logistics, budgeting, program management, strategy development and team building. He has an intimate familiarity with the military’s initiatives to find battery replacements and will spearhead M2E’s efforts in this area.
