Don Clarke
Don Clarke joined Eloqua as Chief Financial Officer in March 2008. Don brings to Eloqua over 25 years of experience, with nearly 20 years in key executive positions in both emerging and publicly-traded technology companies. Most recently Don was Chief Financial Officer at Cloakware, a security solutions company. Before that, Clarke was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at
Visual Networks, Inc, (NASDAQ: VNWK) a provider of application and network management solutions. Prior to
Visual Networks, he served as the CFO at eCommerce Industries, Inc., ReturnBuy, Inc. and Net2000 Communications, Inc.
(NASDAQ: NTKK)
Clarke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech and is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as a Board member for Allied Office Supplies,
has been on various committees of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Technology Council of Maryland and
is a member of the Potomac Officers Club.
