Douglas Meadows
As VisualCV’s general manager of operations, Doug oversees all aspects of the business, including product development. Doug has more than 20 years of domestic and international experience in developing and implementing strategic technology initiatives. He is a veteran manager of operations and has a demonstrated capability of moving a startup technology from the research laboratory to the commercial marketplace. Doug has developed numerous go-to-market strategies in his career. While at IBM, he managed the development of core banking software for the rapidly growing Asia-Pacific financial services market. Later, SAIC, the world's largest employee owned company at the time, selected Doug to lead a spinout of a technology business resulting in a significant financial return to the corporation.
