Gene Shklover

Dr. Shklover has more than twenty years experience in technical and management disciplines in multiple industries. Dr. Shklover is a co-founder of GRT Corporation, a premier IT solution providers. At GRT he directs the overall operations while managing strategic alliances and overseeing the recruiting, personnel, and financial functions of the company. In addition, he leads the development of the company strategy and is responsible for the company's financial plans, policies, and accounting practices. Dr. Shklover holds an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute and a Ph.D. degree in Physics from the Russian Academy of Sciences
