Hisao Kushi

Hisao is General Counsel for both Pronto and Gifts.com and has been with IAC since 1999. Prior to his current position, Hisao served as in-house counsel at numerous IAC businesses, including as Vice President and General Counsel of Citysearch.com and Evite, and Assistant General Counsel for Ticketmaster. Prior to IAC, Kushi held various roles at Universal Studios and as a litigation associate in Boston.

Hisao holds a JD from Boston College Law School.
