James Kitch
Jim is a partner at the global law firm of Cooley Godward in the firm's Business department. Resident in the Palo Alto office, he has been with the firm since 1973. Mr. Kitch specializes in counseling emerging, high-technology companies. He has extensive experience with venture capital financings, corporate partnering transactions, mergers and acquisitions , initial public offerings, and technology licensing transactions. He attended Stanford Law School, where he received a J.D. in 1972 and was a note editor for the Stanford Law Review from 1971-1972. He graduated cum laude from Harvard College in 1969 with an A.B. degree.
