Jay Morrison

Jay Morrison has served on the Zenasis board since October, 2004. In 1992, Jay co-founded Newbury Ventures and has been involved in the venture capital industry for over 20 years. With experience at investing in all development stages, Jay's focus at Newbury is in early stage communication and information technologies. In addition to serving on Zenasis' board, he currently holds or has held board positions at MystiCom, Silverback Systems, Virtio, OnWafer, and Pixim. Prior to Newbury, Jay was the President of Berkeley International Capital. Before that he held several executive positions at Well's Fargo Bank and worked in the headquarters research department at AT&T. Jay holds B.I.E. and MS degrees from Ohio State University and a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.
