Jerry Widman
Jerry P. Widman became a director of the Company in November 2002. From 1982 to 2001, Mr. Widman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ascension Health, a large not-for-profit multi-hospital system. Mr. Widman also currently serves as a member of the board of directors and the audit committee of: Cutera, a publicly traded laser and other light-based products company; United Surgical Partners International, a publicly-traded ambulatory surgery centers company; The TriZetto Group, a publicly-traded information technology in the healthcare industry; and he is a board of director of two other privately-held companies in the healthcare industry. Mr. Widman also holds a B.B.A from Case Western Reserve University, an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, a J.D. from Cleveland State University, and is a certified public accountant.
