Jim Sims
Jim Sims has a long history of innovation, financial experience and successful IPOs in the technology field.
Prior to GEN3, Mr. Sims founded Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP), an international management consulting and systems integration company. During his tenure as CEO of CTP, he pioneered fixed-time, fixed-price IT solutions and built the firm to 4,500 people and $625 million in sales. Before CTP, Mr. Sims founded Concurrent Computer Corporation, which became the market leader in real-time computing. He quickly grew the company to 2,700 employees before successfully taking it public. As a public company, Concurrent revenues grew to over $400 million.
In addition to GEN3, Mr. Sims is currently the Chairman of the Board for RSA Security. RSA offers a comprehensive portfolio of identity and access management solutions which allow customers to confidently exploit new technologies for competitive advantage.
