Joan Cummings
Ms. Cummings has more than 20 years of progressive experience in public and private technology companies. Prior to joining DeepDyve, she served in a variety of financial management positions at Nanosys Inc., Acxiom Corporation, Digital Impact, and User Group Connection - a spin-off company of Apple Computer. Ms. Cummings has proven experience in managing all aspects of enterprise finance organizations in public and private companies. She is a graduate of Purdue University and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
