John Monson
John has built a career around using software technologies to deliver compelling life improvements for consumers and small businesses. He was the first full-time marketer at Intuit, where he led a world-class team that made Quicken one of the best-loved and most popular consumer software applications. He also led the launch of QuickBooks and ran Intuit’s Business Products Group. More recently he led PayCycle, the leading online payroll solution for small businesses. John is known in the industry as a marketing guru driven by a single-minded dedication to customer satisfaction, having initially found his calling at the nation’s premier marketing program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. When he's not escaping to Point Reyes for some biking, hiking and running, he's sampling the local arts scene and volunteering for some of the Bay Area's best non-profit organizations like Headlands Center for the Arts.
