John Norris
ohn Morris is Chief Operating Officer at viagogo. As COO, John aims to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process for both buyers and sellers. He has overall responsibility for the operations, logistics and customer service functions.
John brings over 20 years experience in e-commerce operations and customer management. Prior to viagogo, John held a number of senior management positions including Operations Director at lastminute.com throughout its rapid growth phase and previously he was also a Director at Thomas Cook for a number of years, heading up their direct sell division. More recently John was a director at a specialist US consultancy heading up their global customer management and research practice, assisting major multi-national organisations with sourcing strategies.
John received a BA in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
