John Zucker
Mr. Zucker was named a as a Director in October 2006. Effective November 2006, he will also serve on Sirenza's compensation committee. Mr. Zucker was formerly the chairman of Micro Linear's board of directors. From November 2000 until November 2001, he was the president and CEO of RealChip Communications, a provider of semiconductor integrated circuits for communications applications. From September 1998 to January 2000, he was vice president of Micron Technology, a manufacturer of DRAMs, flash memory and other semiconductor components to the computing, networking and communications industries. Mr. Zucker served as executive vice president of Mitsubishi Electronics America's Electronic Device Group, where he worked from 1980 - 1997 and founded its System Integration business.
