Schwartz Joins Coupons, Inc. Team as Vice President of Sales as Company Expands

Mountain View, Calif. – January 10, 2007 – Coupons, Inc., the leading U.S. provider of printable coupon marketing and technology solutions, has named Jon Schwartz as its new Vice President of Sales. Mr. Schwartz, former vice president of sales at Yahoo!, will now lead Coupons, Inc.’s efforts as the company continues to drive the shift to online coupon programs.

Coupons, Inc. currently enables more than 99% of coupon offerings online and works with over 400 top brands in the consumer package goods (CPGs), healthcare, electronics, retail and entertainment industries. The company has experienced 400% year-over-year growth and recently cemented its role as one of the major players in the coupon industry through the acquisition of J Michels Consulting, broadening its reach into retailer services.

Before joining Coupons, Inc., Schwartz was responsible for Yahoo’s central, western, then international regions. He joined Yahoo! in 2000 after 13 years in media sales and sales management, including director of sales at Clear Channel Communications in Dallas.
