Jose M. Recio
Jose M. has been at the forefront of the mobile communications revolution with a career that spans from product management and business development roles to technical positions in multinational companies. He has served at Motorola as lead architect in EMEA for end-to-end IMS solutions, solution architect for PushToTalk focused on Latin America markets, and innovative architectures for legacy infrastructure services, convergence solutions and multi-access fixed and mobile carriers.
Mr. Recio holds an MSc in Telecom Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an MSc (Distinction) in Information Security from Royal Holloway College, University of London. Mr. Recio is an associate lecturer in the Telecom Engineering faculty, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid.
