Joseph Essas
Joseph is responsible for overseeing, guiding and troubleshooting the technical development, operation and growth of eHarmony. He manages the developing long-term technology strategy and all technology/architecture planning, software development and technical operations functions. Joseph has over 16 years of experience in the information technology industry, in various high-tech management positions (CTO, chief architect, and vice president of engineering). Prior to eHarmony, Joseph was vice president of engineering with Yahoo!, where he managed engineering teams for the search marketing division. Joseph attended Jerusalem College of Technology.
