Keith has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Deloitte Consulting, where he was the youngest partner in the firm's history. After Deloitte, Keith joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts as Chief Marketing Officer, where he became the youngest CMO in the Fortune 500. Among other successes, Keith developed Starwood’s extraordinarily successful Preferred Guest Program. Keith served as CEO of YaYa Media before founding Ferrazzi Greenlight, a strategic consulting and professional development firm. He is also the author of the national bestselling book “Never Eat Alone.”
Keith has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the world’s most “connected” individuals, been named a “Global Leader for Tomorrow” by the World Economic Forum in Davos and called one of the top “40 Under 40” business leaders by Crain’s Business. He has been a contributor or commentator for Harvard Business Review, the Wall Street Journal, Inc., Fast Company, CNN, and CNBC, among others.
Keith earned a BA degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
