Ken Ruggiero, CEO, Goal Structured Solutions

Ken has over 19 years of experience in management, finance and business development. He has been an integral part of management teams who grew companies in fast changing environments. Prior to becoming the CEO of Goal Structured Solutions, he worked for Goal Financial for 4 years as their CFO and the last year as President and COO. He was part of a team that led the company to originating over $8 billion in student loans and becoming a top 10 lender in the student loan industry. Ken was CFO of eAssist Global Solutions, a $70MM venture-funded call center software company.

Previously Ken was CFO of INTERVU, a NASDAQ listed technology company that experienced rapid growth and was merged with Akamai Technologies in a $2.8 billion transaction in 2000. He has held Management positions in New York at NBC's Internet Division and Arthur Andersen. Ken received his CPA in New York, an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Accounting from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
