Liesl Leach is a senior banking executive with more than 15 years of specialized experience in consumer credit cards. She most recently led customer and portfolio profitability for Citi's fast-growing international credit card business with more than 30 million customers in over 40 countries outside the US. Previously Leach directed strategy, marketing and program management for all online customer acquisitions for Citigroup US Cards -- moving Citi to #1 in market share in online acquisitions.

Leach's tenure has included Legislative Staff for International Humanitarian Affairs for the Select Committee on Hunger in the U.S. Congress and time spent as an English Teacher in Thailand for the U.S. Peace Corps. Leach received her Master's Degree in Public Policy and A.B. Honors in Government from Harvard University.
