Mark Albert
Mark's practice focuses on the representation of emerging growth companies and established private and public companies, primarily in the information technology, hardware, energy, mobile, entertainment, bio-tech and Internet industries. Mark also represents venture capital funds and investment banks. Mark has been involved in over 100 venture financings raising in excess of $1 billion, over $8 billion merger/acquisition transactions representing both publicly traded and privately held companies, numerous debt and equity public offerings and dozens of complex restructurings and spin-off transactions. Mark also regularly counsels clients on general corporate and securities issues, business strategies, fundraising and team building.
