Mark Briggs
Mr. Briggs is chairman and CEO of Premier BPO, an international provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services with locations in China, India and Pakistan. Previously Briggs was CEO of ClientLogic, a leading provider of global call center-based services. Prior to ClientLogic Briggs served as CEO for Intelligent Electronics Reseller Network, a $4 billion PC distributor, and he was CFO at Ingram Micro, the largest distributor of microcomputer products globally with revenues exceeding $20 billion. He a visionary executive in the contact center industry and brings his in-depth knowledge, strategic leadership and experience in creating category-dominating enterprises to SpeechCycle.
