Matthew Fust

Matthew Fust has served as a member of our board of directors since 2005. Mr. Fust is the Chief Financial Officer of Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a pharmaceutical company. From May 2002 to May 2003, Mr. Fust was Chief Financial Officer at Perlegen Sciences, Inc., a biotechnology company. From June 1996 to January 2002, he was an executive with ALZA Corporation, first as Controller and then as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fust holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
