Maurice Balick

Maurice drives software development and co-leads the design and consulting team. He has been developing leading-edge software products for more than 15 years. Co-founder of several software start-ups in the 80's (including TimeSlice, Inc, which sold the first commercial multitasking environment for IBM PCs), he then worked in Sun Microsystems' Advanced Technology Group for six years, before joining Marímba, the company founded by the inventors of Java, as chief applications architect. He has an M.B.A. in finance from New York University.
