Michael Oates
Mr. Oates has over 20 years of technology leadership and consulting experience and was an early employee (5th) of Sapient Corporation (NASD: SAPE). Mr. Oates helped build Sapient into a premier business and technology consulting firm with over 3500 people worldwide. Mr. Oates served as Vice President of Technology responsible for helping Fortune 500 companies across various industries achieve business value through the innovative use of technology. In addition, he helped established core capabilities within Sapient to manage project risk, technology reuse across projects, and dissemination of best practices aimed at fueling rapid company growth. Prior to joining Sapient, Mr. Oates worked at Cambridge Technology Partners (NASD: NOVL) and attended Cornell University.
