Paul Duggan
Paul Duggan is president and principal owner of Jackson Boulevard Capital Management, Ltd. (Jackson), a Chicago based money management firm. Jackson manages three hedge funds, private accounts and has a real estate development division. Mr. Duggan invests in many private equity concerns and is currently Chairman of TV Compass, Inc. a Chicago, IL based company dealing in wireless remote controls with many proprietary applications. Mr. Duggan spent many years as a consultant and testifying expert in the field of valuations and damages in IP cases and has worked for FMC, Black and Decker, Raychem, American Home Products, and numerous individual inventors and patentees.
In addition to serving on the Groxis Board of Directors, Mr. Duggan is also the Chairman of Auster Produce company in Chicago and serves on the board of Love without Boundaries, a not for profit corporation active in aiding orphans and orphanages in China.
