VirtualLogix Names Paul May Chief Financial Officer

Real-time Virtualization Leader Welcomes Industry Veteran with More Than 30 Years of Financial Experience to Executive Team

SUNNYVALE, California — March 18, 2008 – VirtualLogix™, Inc., the Real-Time Virtualization™ company, today announced the appointment of Paul May as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With more than 30 years of finance management and business development experience, May is responsible for VirtualLogix’s worldwide financial strategy and execution. May is reporting to VirtualLogix’s Chief Executive Officer, Peter Richards.

May joins VirtualLogix from ChemoCentryx Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing orally-administered medicines, where he served as a financial consultant. Prior to ChemoCentryx, May was the Director of Finance and Corporate Controller for Avidia Inc., a privately held biopharmaceutical company, which was acquired by Amgen Inc. in 2006. May holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the New South Institute of Technology in Sydney Australia.
