Raj has over 20 years experience in software and communication industries. Recently he was the Vice President of Operations for the Human Capital Management Product Division at PeopleSoft. PeopleSoft is the global leader in Human Capital Management products. As VP of Operations, Raj was responsible for annual revenues of $550 million and a team of 800 employees worldwide. Before joining PeopleSoft, Raj was Senior Vice President for all products at BroadVision the category leader for eCommerce products. Before BroadVision Raj worked at a Procurement Services startup company - AlphaDog. There he was the EVP of Engineering, raised $25 million and successfully built the very first Procurement Services BPO portal and deployed customers on it. Raj has worked at Fortune 500 companies like Oracle, US WEST (now Qwest), and Alacatel. Raj has an MBA, MS in Management and an MS in Computer Science.
