Ralf Jacob
Mr. Jacob is an expert in web engineering and applications technologies such as Java, PHP, Perl, C, JSP, ASP, Servlets, XML/XSL, AJAX and is well versed on developing for *NIX and NT platforms. His expertise with application servers includes BEA, ATG Dynamo, MTS, JRun, Tomcat, Vignette StoryServer, BroadVision, SiteServer and Cold Fusion. Prior to joining Move Networks, Mr. Jacob was Vice President of Engineering at Vidyah Inc. and oversaw all software projects from inception through acceptance. Ralf formerly served as Vice President of Engineering at iXL Inc. from 1996 to 2001 and as a Sr. Software engineer for BoxTop Interactive (acquired by iXL in 1996) from 1994 – 1996. Mr. Jacob earned B.A. degrees in Marketing and Computer Science from Fachhochschule in Wiesbaden, Germany
