Randy Eisenman
Randy Eisenman founded Handango in 1999 and now serves as an advisor in a variety of areas including corporate strategy, strategic partners, and acquisitions. While serving as president and chief executive officer of Handango, Mr. Eisenman drove the company’s strategy for the first nine years and built a world-class team, which positioned Handango as the leader in the smartphone content market.
Prior to founding Handango, Mr. Eisenman led the venture capital division of Q Investments, L.P., the multi-billion dollar private investment firm that incubated Handango. Mr. Eisenman currently serves as a partner at Q Investments.
In an earlier position, Mr. Eisenman worked as a financial analyst for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Principal Investments Area, which manages the personal capital of the firm's partners. During his tenure at Goldman, Mr. Eisenman focused on technology and media investment opportunities, which would prove valuable in implementing his vision for Handango. He also worked as a financial analyst at Bear Stearns and HBK Investments, a limited partnership associated with Richard Rainwater.
Mr. Eisenman holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas where he graduated summa cum laude from the Business Honors Program. He is actively involved in the West Texas Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and currently serves on the TCU Entrepreneurial Program Advisory Board.
Randy and his wife, Jennifer, have a one-year old son, Aidan.
