Randy Werner
Randolph D. Werner is an active individual investor. He was formerly a Managing Partner of Dominion Ventures, L.L.C. with offices in Walnut Creek, California and Boston, MA. Dominion managed over $400M of institutional private equity, investing primarily in enterprise software and associated technologies. From 1989 until his retirement in 2004, Mr. Werner was s responsible for the firm’s East Coast investments from the Boston office. Prior to joining Dominion, he taught at the university level, served as Vice President of Boston Financial Group and as Senior Vice President of Venture Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College, a Master of Arts from the College of William and Mary and a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia.
