Ray Iglesias
Ray Iglesias is an EVP and the CFO of TxVia, Inc., a prepaid card technology company that is revolutionizing prepaid card processing.
Previously, he co-founded Clarity Payment Solutions, a leading venture capital-backed prepaid card processor, for which he served as EVP Corporate Strategy and Planning from inception in 1999 until 2004, when the company was sold to TSYS for $53 million to form TSYS Prepaid. From 2004 to 2005, he served as CFO of TSYS Prepaid, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSYS (NYSE: TSS). In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Iglesias served as a consultant to several companies in Prepaid on strategic, financial, compliance, and human resources projects, including Prepaid Media and TxVia.
Mr. Iglesias started his career as a corporate lawyer with the New York based firm LeBoeuf Lamb, from 1998-2000. He received a B.A. in 1994 from the University of Connecticut, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and then received his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 1998.
