Rob Jensen has been blogging off and on again dating back to 2004 and is one of the founders of Microblink. Rob first started microblogging in July of 2007 after discovering Pownce. Only then did he discover Twitter due its users flooding Pownce every time Twitter went down. Since then Rob’s interest in the technology and uses of microblogging platforms has only continued to grow.

Rob continues to be fascinated by the number of startup sites built around microblogging platforms like Twitter and amazed by how useful it has become to the community by using it to do things such as tracking fires in Southern California, getting out of jail and finding gas. Rob also leverages microblogs to expand his own network, bounce ideas off amazingly smart people and to stay on top of the latest news.
