Mr. Miller has over 20 years of legal experience in construction, oil & gas, and project finance matters on major international projects. Prior to joining Altra, Mr. Miller served as Associate General Counsel for the Union Oil Company of California (Unocal) where he worked for eight years primarily on projects in Asia. Mr. Miller also worked for several internationally-known law firms including, most recently, as manager of the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia law office of White & Case. Mr. Miller is a member of the California, Virginia, and the District of Columbia Bars. Mr. Miller earned his B.A. from Claremont Men's College, his M.S. from the University of Southern California, and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
