Ronen Faier
Ronen Faier is Chief Financial Officer of modu. Previously, Mr. Faier served as the CFO of e-Glue Software Technologies and, before that, CFO of SanDisk Israel. Mr. Faier has held several senior finance positions at technology companies, including CFO at msystems (NSDQ: FLSH) until it was acquired by SanDisk Corp (NSDQ: SNDK) for $1.6B at the end of 2006.
Prior to joining mstystems, Mr. Faier served as Corporate Controller of VocalTec communications Ltd (NSDQ: VOCL). Mr. Faier holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
