Sarjoun Skaff

Sarjoun Skaff received his doctorate from Carnegie Mellon’s Robotic Institute and has eight years of hands-on experience in the design, development and operation of mobile robots. Among many projects, he co-led a team of 10 engineers in the development and operation of a NASA-funded space assembly robot, Skyworker, and developed his PhD thesis on RHex, a DARPA-funded hexapod robot.

Sarjoun is fluent in three languages, and in addition to his PhD holds a Masters in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
