Sean Duggan

Sean E. Duggan’s primary focus at Motive is strategy development and implementation. He also oversees the Company’s finances, investor relations, and legal affairs. Together with Brendan and Colin, Sean crafts strategic relationships with other organizations that accelerate the Company’s growth.
Prior to joining Motive, Sean spent twelve years in Seattle working as an Internet Management Consultant with both large companies (MSN, AOL, Yahoo!) and start-ups (Virtual Countries, LiveBid.com, IAM Online). He also taught Strategic Planning and Business Policy to second year MBA students at the University of Washington’s Graduate School of Business.
Prior to consulting, Sean was Corporate Vice President and General Manager of a $250 million division of the Continental Can Company. Before Continental, he was Vice President of International Operations for Bausch & Lomb, Inc., where he managed three brands that were the global leaders in their categories (contact lenses, eyecare solutions, and Ray-Ban sunglasses).
Sean began his business career in Display Advertising with the Los Angeles Times. He received his MBA degree in Marketing from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He has served his country in both the United States Marine Corps and AmeriCorps.
