Shiva Ramani

Shiva Ramani is an engineer by profession and the founder of SlashSupport. Prior to SlashSupport, he was instrumental in growing the e-Commerce consulting service of CSS. He has also helped deliver a language processing enabled Knowledge Tree Solution for IBM Storage System Division's technical support team. Prior to CSS, Shiva was a lead developer and later a product manager for CypherScan, a first of its kind Business Card Scanning solution.
